Can I use my pool during a thunderstorm?

It is highly unsafe to use the pool during a thunderstorm. Water is an excellent conductor of electricity, and lightning poses a significant risk to swimmers. Clear the pool area immediately when lightning or thunder is present, and wait at least 30 minutes after the last observed lightning strike before resuming pool activities.
