30-Year Fiberglass Pool Warranty
My Pool Direct warrants that our fiberglass pools are free from defects in materials for a period of thirty (30) years from the date of installation, when installed and used in accordance with our guidelines and recommendations.
Coverage
During the warranty period, My Pool Direct will repair the shell, at our discretion, any fiberglass pool found to be defective due to materials. This warranty covers structural defects that affect the integrity or functionality of the pool.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Improper installation, including failure to follow My Pool Direct’s installation guidelines.
- Failure to maintain the pool according to our maintenance instructions.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
- Acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, or extreme weather conditions.
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorised parties.
Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, please contact My Pool Direct at sales@mypooldirect.co.uk and provide proof of purchase along with a description of the issue. We may request additional information or arrange for an inspection to assess the claim.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall My Pool Direct be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our fiberglass pools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Non-transferable
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the fibreglass pool.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Warranty
My Pool Direct reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty at any time, without prior notice.
