How much salt does the Digital Nano+ require?
The system can operate from just 2,500ppm (2.5kg/m³). The correct starting quantity depends on your pool volume and its existing salt concentration, so test the water before adding salt.
Will the pool water taste noticeably salty?
The operating concentration is much lower than seawater. Most swimmers find properly balanced salt-pool water mild, although individual taste sensitivity varies.
Is salt water gentler on skin and eyes?
Many swimmers find correctly maintained saltwater pools feel softer and more comfortable. Water balance and the correct chlorine level remain important for a pleasant swimming experience.
Does the system completely replace chlorine?

How often will I need to add salt?
