Both pool and enclosure packages include direct delivery to the customer. For projects requiring assisted offloading, an optional specialist HIAB delivery service is available for an additional £2,500 plus VAT.

Optional HIAB Delivery

A specialist transport company can deliver the package using a HIAB vehicle to assist with offloading at the customer’s property.

Before delivery, ensure there is suitable access, adequate space and a clear unloading area for the pool, enclosure and associated equipment.

Pool shells and enclosure components are large items, so access should be checked before the delivery date. The customer is responsible for making sure the property can accommodate the selected delivery method.

Confirm that the delivery vehicle can safely reach the property.

Provide a level and accessible area for unloading and temporary storage.

Check for gates, overhead cables, trees and other access restrictions.

Discuss specialist lifting requirements before confirming delivery.

Important: The optional HIAB service costs £2,500 plus VAT and is not included in either package price. Suitability remains subject to property access, unloading conditions and confirmation by the transport provider.

Installation Planning

Preparing for Your Pool and Enclosure Installation

Careful preparation helps keep your project organised from delivery through to final installation. Before your package arrives, the site should be accessible, prepared and ready to receive the pool, enclosure and technical equipment.

Assess the Site

Confirm the proposed pool position, surrounding space, property access and any restrictions that may affect excavation, lifting or enclosure installation.

Complete the Groundworks

Excavation, base preparation, drainage and the surrounding structure should be completed to the required dimensions before the pool shell is positioned.

Position the Pool

The pool shell is lowered into the prepared excavation, levelled and connected to the skimmer, return jets, plumbing and technical equipment.

Install the Enclosure

Once the pool surround is ready, the enclosure rails and telescopic sections can be installed, aligned and checked for smooth operation.
