Pool safety is essential, particularly if children or pets are present. Consider the following measures:

• Physical barriers: Install a safety fence with a self-closing gate.

• Covers and alarms: Use approved pool covers and/or alarm systems to help prevent unauthorised access.

• Preparedness: Keep rescue equipment, such as life rings, nearby and ensure that pool users are familiar with basic safety practices. Learning CPR is also highly recommended.
